The following terms keep subject to CPArg and team staff and customers of the services provided by them.

Global

• The misuse of free services and payments is not allowed, read the terms of each service on their respective pages.
• No online service provides illegal and pornographic content. Any user who comes up with content of this class will be sanctioned, including team staff.
• It is not allowed to profit with free CPArg content and payments without the permission of the directive.
• The current site and so on from CPArg they are fully owned and is not allowed to copy the site architecture in its complexity and theft of original files.
• Some content such as images are not property of CPArg being already public on the internet. If you have any complaints about any content such as copyrighted image, please contact us for conflict resolution.
• This site was developed and owned by CPArg, except for the third-party content included on the site.
• By using this service you agree to the terms of use of this service.
• You may not use the Site from any interface other than the one provided by us.
• It is not permitted to create or use tools that modify or use the content in whole or in part on the site. Any misuse like the above will be grounds for blocking or cancelling an account if it is used.
• The monitoring of the service by CPArg will be for the protection of the site and its conditions. As well as users in general. If a user does not respect the terms or makes intentional misuse against other users or the site itself, it will be a cause for blocking.

Links

• Some elements such as images of companies that make up the site belong to third parties. They govern under the terms of their respective companies/organisms.
• Images designed by CPArg are owned by the same entity.
• Generating URLs from other redirect pages is not allowed.
• Site information and classification may only be modified by CPArg. In the face of a poor classification by mistake, you can contact us to resolve the issue. In case it is not error, and it is because of our classification rules. Your site may only be reclassified by retraining the affected website, and by contacting us at the end.
• Sites once classified will be permanently registered. Webmasters will only be able to request reclassification of their site, as specified above.

Portal

• Some elements such as images and videos that make up the site belong to third parties. So it is not allowed to use them for profit.
• This site is non-profit. Any attempt to use the service for profit is not permitted
• By using the My Equipment Service to provide basic information about the equipment you use to connect to the site. You agree that CPArg stores data such as Provider, Browser, and Operating System in order to improve the service.

Support

• The user to request technical support at home must have an address in the City of Buenos Aires.
• If the user has an address in an unsafe area, the service will not be provided.
• If the user delivers a laptop to Technical Support at a respective location, he/she must provide a photocopy of the document, the first 2 sheets or a photocopy of the invoice for the document.
• You must accept the initial mandatory visit fee when requesting Home Technical Support or staff will not provide the requested service.
• All jobs have a minimum guarantee that covers visit fee, review and labor costs in repair. It does not cover hardware costs.
• The management of hardware warranties will only be present during the warranty provided by staff in labor.
• Hardware warranty depends on manufacturer or supplier, CPArg will not be charged with respect to Costs arising from the invalidity of these warranties.
• If there are inconveniences within 3 months warranty, and it was due to misuse of the equipment by the user or something external to CPArg. The warranty will be invalidated.
• Once the warranty is complete, you will not be able to make any claims.
• Any physical or verbal mistreatment to the personnel shall be grounds for termination of service immediately, and may no longer request the services.
• Any equipment that has not been delivered to the customer for unavailability of the same customer, after a period of 90 days, will be scrapped.
