Benefits

Easier: Some sites and tools are adapted to you through your account, for example, the Giveaways site will remember your registration data to facilitate the process in future registrations
More Services: Same as with the Community site, it will requiere an account to use.
Less Limit: An account allows us to offer you more and better quality services.
Notifications: Don't miss important events from your friends or CPArg, you can enable notices regarding giveaways, news, etc.
Synchronization: All sites keep the latest changes wherever you go on all computers that connect to your account.

Create an Account

To create your account, you'll need to click Connect, then click Sign Up, and then complete the requested data. After completing the requested data you must activate your account via a link sent to your email. After completing this process you will be able to use your account.

Login

To connect, you must click Connect and complete the login details.
If you experience any problems go to Troubleshooting

Account Activation

Activation: When creating an account you should receive a message in your email with a link to activate the account
Request Activation Again: If you did not activate the account and/or did not receive an email with the activation, you must use your connection data and connect, if the account is not activated, the site will resend the activation.
Warning: In the event that you do not activate, you will not be able to use the account and after 30 days without activating the account itself will be deleted.

Account Settings <

Modify Main Information

Username: Once the account has been created with a username, it is not possible to modify it.
Change the Password: You can change it using the "Forgot Password" option or from Settings go to Security and open the Password box.
Change the Email: To change the email of your account, you must access Parameters and in Security open the Email box

Deactivate Account

Request: Currently the only way to request deactivation, is by sending an email to info@CPArg.com

An account may be requested to deactivate, under the motive of preventing its temporary use. Deactivated accounts by request can be in that state indefinitely.

Automatic: The site can deactivate an account for security reasons in case of attempted theft towards the account, and / or inactivity of this. In circumstances staff may temporarily deactivate your account for maintenance purposes.

Delete Account

Once an account has been created and activated it cannot be eliminated. If you don´t use your account temporary or permanently, you can request the deactivation of it in order to impede it´s usage. To do that, check the information above Deactivate Account - Request.

Security <

Website failures

In case of failure of the site in its operation, which causes unexpected critical errors, we ask that you report it to soporte@cparg.com

Account Theft

In the event that your account has been stolen or you suffer attempts to steal your account. Contact us by email to soporte@cparg.com to resolve the conflict.

Troubleshooting <

There has been an issue while Logging In

Account banned or locked:

Reason: The account was used without respecting the terms, causing harmful activity to the site and other users such as Account Theft
Time: Locking may be temporary for minor inconveniences or permanent, depending on the fault committed. In the latter case, the account cannot be reused preventing future registrations with the email and username.
Solution: You will need to contact us at info@CPArg.com

Account not activated:

Reason: The account was not activated when it was created by the user or it was deactivated by the user and/or administrator
Time: Accounts not activated have a duration of 30 days to be activated, otherwise they will be deleted. The accounts deactivated by the user and / or Administrator will remain deactivated until they are activated again, they will not be eliminated.

Non-existent account:

Reason: The account in case of being eliminated can be by the system in case of not being activated in its creation and/or an Administrator
Solution: Once an account has been deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will have to create a new one, the username and email can be reused in most cases.

Blockade of Attempts:

Reason: The account details are incorrect and/or no such account exists.
Time: The blocking lasts a few hours from the moment of blocking, this remaining time can be seen when trying to connect.
Solution: Wait designated time remaining.

Error in Registering

Error of coincidence or confirmation:

Depending on the case, this error occurs because the information in the Email and / or Password confirmation fields is different, in the case of the password, remember that the upper and lower case letters match.

Character Error:

It is possible to find an error referring to the characters, when the User and / or Password field has less than 4 characters or more than 20 characters. In the case of User, no special characters are allowed, nor spaces.

Capcha code is incorrect, please try again:

This error occurs when the captcha is wrong. In case of inconvenience to visualize the capcha use the tools present in it, on the right side of the field to be filled in the captcha.

The username is already in use:

This message is displayed if the username is in use. You will have to try another username

You are already registered:

This message is presented if an account with the specified email already exists. If you have not created an account with your email, please contact us.

Security is our priority, especially the information of our users.

Site Security

Account recovery requires information sent to your email.
Passwords can only be changed, not recovered.
Operations such as password change and/or email will be reported in your current email.
If a user makes attempts to connect to other people's accounts, they will be blocked and notified to the owner of the legitimate account.
All information on the site is for the exclusive use of CPArg services.
All passwords are protected.

Security Advices

Avoid logging in to other and/or public computers
Keep your browser, antivirus software and operating system up to date on updates
Do not share your account with other people
Do not use the same password on other web pages and/or services
Never reveal your password to other users
Change the password periodically
Remember to log out on computers that do not frequent your use

Privacy

The accounts created in the www.CPArg.com domain and subdomains works under a user system developed by CPArg. Therefore everything written in this document is valid only for the mentioned domains.

All information supplied in the user's account will be for exclusive use of CPArg services, data such as passwords used in your account are protected to be used only by the system and not by the staff, in case a problem arises with your password you must modify it with the tool assigned to the login system.

The user is responsible for all the information shared on CPArg sites through their account.

No sensitive information regarding users on the servers will be sold and/or delivered to private companies.

Terms

The accounts created in the www.CPArg.com domain and subdomains works under a user system developed by CPArg. Our team is responsible for the implementation of improvements and corrections to the system, therefore these terms only apply to the mentioned domains.

In case of technical problems the staff will proceed to block the site, evaluate the situation and then apply necessary corrections for both security and functionality issues.

This involves the responsibility of the user before the publication of content, obeying with the rules of the site and/or the service that supports the tool to publish or upload content, this information consists of obeying with the rules of the terms of all the sites in charge of CPArg.

In case of non-compliance with the terms of content publication, the account involved will recieve a sanction and/or a temporary block. In case of repeating the offense, CPArg reserves the right to take actions against the user. as well as ban, block and/or delete the account.

In terms of security of the site in the event of problems with security or cyber attacks CPArg is obliged to inform its users about the problem. CPArg is not responsible for exposed or hijacked information.

The user may report errors that may compromise the operation and security of the site, this includes to inform possible users who perform malicious activities such as exposing malicious content and/or account theft.

Exploiting site errors with malicious purposes will cause permanent banning and blocking of the account, this also includes activities such as account theft and exposure of malicious content with the intention to damage the site and/or other users.

If you are victim of account theft and your Email account is compromised, you must first recover your email account from your provider and then use the "Change Password" tool on our site.

The external services accounts damaged by their theft, are the responsibility of the user and the provider of the service involved. All major crimes will be treated under the laws of the Argentina Republic country. The authorities of the aforementioned country will be able to access the CPArg data in the event of possible crimes by the users involved.
